Luxury Hotel Suite Apartment mountain front & side view is located on the 13th floor, just a short distance of 50 meters to the beautiful Batumi sea side on the boulevard. You will also find a modern shopping mall, park, restaurants nearby, pool on the roof, with bar and cinema.

The new supermarket (Goodwill) downstairs part of the complex, opened last November 2022

The comfy bed and the modern facilities within the spotless apartment. I recommend my place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families especially with one kid.

This luxury cozy apartment is one and half - studio type (38.6 sqm): Living room, Bathroom, Kitchen, Balcony and a single sofa bed. Apartment facilities: TV, WI-FI Internet, Kettle, Washing Machine, Nespresso Machine and an electronic cooker.

My luxury studio suite apartment is very cosy and comfortable, located into a hotel with 24 hours Reception and Security Cameras. Guest access in all hotel structure

On the roof of the complex, you will find a swimming pool, a bar and a cinema (in the summer)

Neighborhood description

The guests can enjoy the beautiful boulevard seaside, if they would like to cross the Turkish Boarder is only a few km away. Getting around The guests can use all the facilities in hotel structure.

There is a shopping mall 1km away from my hotel apartment to be reached by taxi, walking, car rental or buses. Central Batumi is around 4/5 km away.

The price includes as the following:

Air-conditioning/Boiler (limited usage allowance) and switch off the boiler and A/C every time are not being used, to avoid to pay extra electricity.
