This villa is located in a quiet gated development at a superb location walking distance to Pernera Centre, Golden Coast Fishing Shelder and Kalamies Beach.

The ground floor consists of a beautifully decorated open plan kitchen and living room area fully equipped with all modern appliances, large flat screen TV, comfortable sofas and dinning table for 6 people. The first floor features a first double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds with 2 en-suite BATHroomS.

The space

The pool area is equipped with garden furniture and sunbeds as well as a BBQ while a second patio on the west side equipped with dinning table and chairs offers an alternative sitting area so you can enjoy both the sun and the shade at all times of the day.

Just 1-minute walk from the villa there is a kids playing ground that belongs to the complex for the younger visitors to enjoy.

Villa FRANCESCA offers free HIGH-SPEED wi-fi internet, satellite TV and is fully equipped. Within a radius of 10-15 minutes' WALK, you will find bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy and some of the best beaches in the area.
